Shipping within the EU and UK

We offer shipping to all EU countries and UK. The delivery time is estimated to be between 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Costs

Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed, and another notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Providers

We work with reliable shipping provider GLS Italy, GLS France, GLS Germany, GLS Spain, GLS EUROPE and Royal Mail in UK to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track your package.

Important Information

• Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
• During peak seasons, delivery times may be extended by a few days.
• We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
• Our packages are large, and your items are well protected during transit.
• PUP s.r.o. takes no responsibility for untracked packages that go missing. We are not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments, or orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
• PUP s.r.o. will assist as much as possible in tracking a missing package, but if untracked shipping is chosen, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
• PUP s.r.o. is not responsible for refunding shipping costs in the event of delayed delivery due to product availability.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages are returned to us. For all packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for the return shipping and a handling fee, currently €20.

VAT and Customs Fees

There are no import fees when shopping from PUP s.r.o. Our prices include local VAT.
